Chef Cheryl

C heffy (as Cheryl likes to be called) received her degree in culinary arts from Williamsport College in Pennsylvania in 1974. She then went on to graduate top in her class at Julia Childs School L’Ecole de Cuisine La Varenne de Paris France, most memorable experience was having lunch with Julia. She is a Retired Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation & active member of the Charlotte Tech Center Craft Advisory Board, she is also a certified Personal Chef with the United States Personal Chefs Association (USPCA), a member of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of Charlotte Leadership and was Chairperson of that Group. Cheffy has over thirty five years experience in the restaurant, hotel and health care cooking field & has won numerous awards during her career. Voted the Sun newpapers Best of the Best Caterer 5 years straight and most recently Harbor Styles Magazine Hot on the Harbor Best Caterer. She has cooked for the likes of Gov. Bush, Bob Vela, the Robert Kennedy family just to name a few and now she would like to cook for you. Bon Appetite !
